Hot Potato Salad with Bacon Recipe

There are various types of the recipes, which are based on the potatoes and bacon and here there are presented only the most delicious and delightful recipes out of the big amount of them.

Hot Hungarian Salad

Ingredients:

2 potatoes
200 gr. of cabbage
100 gr. of bacon
Parsle
For the sauce:
1 crude yolk
1 tablespoon of vinegar
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
0,5-2 teaspoons of grated horsedish

Preparation:

Boil the potatoes. Cut the cabbage. Boil it. Fry the bacon. Peel the potatoes. Dice them. Prepare the sauce. Stir the ingredients of the salad. Add sauce. Serve it hot.


   

Warm Potato Salad with Bacon

Ingredients:

900 gr. of potatoes
125 gr. of bacon
1,5 middle onions
1 tablespoon of butter
125 gr. of any kind of bouillon
4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of parsley
salt
pepper

Preparation:

Wash the potatoes. Boil them in the water with salt till the moment when they become soft. Pour the water out. Let the potatoes cool down. Peel the warm potatoes. Dice them. Put the potatoes into a bowl. Dice the bacon. Peel the onions. Dice them. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the bacon and onions. Fry them for a couple of minutes. Add the potatoes. Heat them together. Add the vinegar, oil, parsley, salt and pepper to your taste. Mix the ingredients. Put them into a salad dish.Serve the salad warm.


Salad au Lard

Ingredients:

450 gr. of potatoes
230 gr. of bacon, which should be cut in the small stripes
80 milliliters of vinegar, more preferable is the champagne vinegar
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt
pepper

Preparation:

Boil the potatoes without peeling them till the moment when they become soft. Cook the bacon till it gets crunchy. Mix the olice oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour the water out. Peel the potatoes. Dice them. Take a bowl. Put the greens on the bottom of it. Add the potatoes. Add the bacon after that. Add the mixture of the olive oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients. Serve the salad hot.
