For the Healthy Potato Salad you must have the following ingredients:
* 900 gr. small red potatoes
* 5 eggs
* 180 milliliters mayonnaise
* 1 teaspoon milled mustard
* 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
* 1 tea spoon sugar
* 0,5 teaspoon salt
* 0,25 teaspoon pepper
* 1 big sweet onion
* 2 celery ribs
* 70 gr. green onions
* 80 gr. sweet red pepper
* 30 gr. fresh parsley
Preparation:
Cut the small potatoes in 4 parts. Cook hard the eggs. Chop separately the sweet onions, celery ribs and green onions. Shred the sweet red pepper. Cut the fresh parsley into the small pieces. Put the potatoes into a pan. Coat with the water. Bring the potatoes to a bowl. Reduce the fire. Simmer them for 15 minutes till they become tender. Pour the water out. Let them cool for a half an hour. Cut the eggs in half. Remove the yolks. Dice the egg whites. Take a big bowl. Combine the cider vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add the egg whites, potatoes, sweet onion, green onions, celery, sweet red pepper and fresh parsley. Mix the ingredients. Put the salad into the refrigerator to cool it.
Healthy Oven Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
10 medium-sized potatoes
* 1 tablespoon smoke-dried paprika
* 1 tablespoon milled cumin
* 1 tablespoon milled coriander
* freshly milled pepper
* olive oil
* sea salt
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Take a shallow dish for baking and cover it with the baking paper. Do not peel the potatoes. Cut them in half longitudinally and after that cut them into the smaller parts. Take a small bowl. Combine all spices in it and mix up. Take a large bowl. Put the potatoes in it. Splash the olive oil over the potatoes. Mix the potatoes well in order to cover all parts of the potatoes with the oil. Add the mixture of the spices from the small bowl. Continue to mix the potatoes in order to cover all their parts with this mixture. Put the potatoes into the shallow dish for baking. Bake them for 30-40 minutes.
