Crockpot Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients:
2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Dash pepper
0,5 cup cut onions
0,75 teaspoon salt
0,25 teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
Mix sour cream, soup, pepper, cheese, onions, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add potatoes gently. Next, butter slightly the slow
cooker or the crockpot and spoon the mixture into it. Cover the crockpot and cook the dish on high for 1,5 hours. Reduce to
low and cook 2,5 hours more.
Crockpot Potatoes with Tomatoes

Ingredients:
6 cups frozen shredded hash browns
1 can cut, rinsed and drained green beans, or you may replace them by 2 cups frozen thawed green beans
0,25 cup finely cut onion
1 tea spoon dried parsley flakes
1 can condensed cream of celery Soup
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 cups milk
Preparation:
Place the ingredients (hash browns, green beans, chopped onion) in the crockpot. In a mid-size bowl mix parsley flakes,
celery soup and stewed tomatoes. Add this mixture to the potato mixture. Mix the ingredients well. Cover the crockpot and
cook low for about 6 to 8 hours. Before serving mix thoroughly the dish.
Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients:
5 pounds potatoes
Salt and pepper to your taste
1,5 sticks margarine
3 cups grated mild cheddar cheese
0,5 cup milk
Preparation:
Boil potatoes without peeling them. Thereafter cool, peel and grate them. Divide grated potatoes into 3 equal parts. In a
large crockpot place a layer of potatoes. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Cut 0,5 stick of margarine into parts and add to
the potatoes. Next add 1 cup of shredded cheese. Repeat the procedure with the layers for two more times. Next, pour the
milk over the potato layers. Cook the dish on medium heat for 2,5 hours and then for 0,5 hour on high heat.
Pork Chops with Potatoes

Ingredients:
6-8 pork chops
6 medium potatoes cut into thin slices
2 table spoons of oil
10, 5 ounces of mushroom puree-soup
0,25 cup Dijon mustard
0,25 cup chicken broth
0,25 tea spoon pepper
1 clove of crushed garlic
0,5 tea spoon of dried thyme
1 onion, finely chopped
Preparation:
In a frying pan fry pork chops on all sides in hot oil. In the crockpot combine mushroom soup, chicken broth, mustard,
thyme, garlic and pepper. Put potatoes, onion in the crockpot and mix the ingredients well. The potatoes should be covered
with the soup mixture. Put fried pork chops over the top of the mixture. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 hours or on high
heat for 5 hours.
