Baked Potato Wedges

For the Healthy Potato Salad you must have the following ingredients:

5 medium-sized potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
red pepper flakes
garlic powder
1 rosemary sprig
salt
pepper

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Peel and wash the potatoes. Chop the rosemary sprig finely. Take a large bowl. Slice the potatoes into the equal wedge and put them in the bowl. Add all other ingredients. Shake well in order to cover all potatoes with the herb-spice mixture. Place the potatoes in a single row on a baking sheet and bake at 190 degrees Celsius till the moment when the potatoes become tender and get lightly brown colour for 30-40 minutes. Serve this dish hot.


   

Garlic and Herb Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

4 medium-sized russet potatoes
4 garlic clovers
3 tablespoons olive oil
0,5 teaspoon dried oregano
0,5 teaspoon paprika
0,5 teaspoon dried rosemary
0,5 teaspoon dried thyme
0,5 teaspoon freshly milled black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

Peel and wash the potatoes. Mince and mash the garlic cloves against the hardboard with the flat part of a knife. Crush well the dried rosemary. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Cut each potato longitudinally and after that cut each part longitudinally in 4 identical wedges and put them in a big mixing bowl. Add the potatoes wedges and the rest of the ingredients. Shake the ingredients well in order to cover the potatoes from all parts with this mixture. Make even a baking pan with the foil. Put the potatoes wedges on this foil. It is important to place them with the side of the skin down. Take care to place all potatoes evenly in order to bake them homogeneously. Bake for 30-40 minutes till the instant when the potatoes become tender and crusty on their edges and get brown colour. Spray the potatoes once more with salt immediately after the preparation if it is desired. Serve this dish hot.
